Are these good signs?

I have been having nighttime cramps since 5 DPO. Today is 9 DPO, cramps are the worst they have been and I had reddish/brownish CM this evening. I still am 5 days away from my period. I never have reddish/brownish CM this early before my period. Could these all be good signs???!!! 🤞🏼💜
