Weight gain advice? 😬 Second baby!
So, here’s the deal. With my daughter, I gained 50lbs my entire pregnancy and have only lost 30 in a year and a half postpartum. I’m now 8 weeks pregnant and have not gained any weight thus far, but I remember with my daughter I didn’t gain right away.
How can I prevent gaining an insane amount of weight again? I was eating right and doing yoga every day with my last pregnancy. I’m also a vegetarian so not eating fatty foods.
Since I started off this pregnancy overweight, I’m so worried about complications that come with being pregnant & overweight. I only need/want to gain 30lbs to stay in a healthy range.
Advice, tips, helpful meal guidelines?
