Help.

I can’t afford to take my dog to the vet, he was throwing up last night. He was okay today he ate ok but he didn’t want to play with the other dogs. Now he’s laying in bed and he won’t get up and cries. He’s had all his shots. Any ideas of what’s wrong and what I can do.
