How long do you cramp for?

Usually I only cramp for a few hours to two days. But I've been cramping for a full 7 days now, including right now. The cramps are getting worse, but my cm is declining. When the cramps started 7 days ago I was having heavy amounts of clear cm. Normal for when I ovulate, that lasted for a couple of days, now the cm is minimal, and typically, if I'm ovulating, the cramps and cm go away at the same time.

I am between 7-19 days late for my period (irregular cycle), took a test seven days ago, it was negative. I'm buying another test tomorrow and retesting Tuesday morning. This is the 3rd time I've thought I might be pregnant since July, so I don't want to get my hopes up to high, but every day my period doesn't come I'm more convinced my many "symptoms" are actually pregnancy symptoms, despite that one negative test.
