long period

hi this is a stupid question and i really don't need people telling me to just search it! at what point should i go to a doctor about my period being longer than usual? my period was late over 85 days from meds/anesthesia from wisdom teeth surgery/travel and then i finally got it without any symptoms which is incredibly unusual for me. my usual period lasts from 5-6 days and i always have achy breasts, bad cramps, heavy ish flow. but this time it's been about 11 days with a really achy back, like my entire back was hurting so bad i couldn't get comfortable at all laying down. my blood flow has been on the line between light ish and medium, which is as i already said, unusual for me.
