help please ??

so last year in december i had my period and it ended and a week later i started bleeding again and i figured it was symptoms bc i took a plan b and it lasted 3 days but after that it never happened and right now i go use the bathroom and blood comes out but i haven’t taken a plan b or anything i’m not on birth control. yea i am sexually active with my boyfriend but idk if that affects anything and i’m not suppose to have my period until another two weeks. does anyone know what’s going on ?
