My wrists hurt!

Hi there. Has anyone experienced wrist pains after having their baby? About 3 months after having my son I started getting a pain in my left wrist and I just assumed I was picking up and holding him too much...hence the pain...and if I tried to cut back, the pain would stop. It didn't! Now my right wrist has also started hurting. To describe the pain it feels like something heavy fell on my bone, in the area nearest my thumb. It feels like that area is sore...it hurts to rotate my wrist in a circle of u know what I mean.

Just wanted to know if I have company or if I'm an anomaly.
