freaking out & spotting

hi ladies. i just started lo loestrin fe about 3 weeks ago. I started on the second day of my period (my pamphlet said I would have immediate protection) then I still waited 2 weeks to have sex. I had unprotected sex on the December 31st & january 1st & he finished inside of me. about 3 days ago I started spotting. I am in complete panic mode bc I looked it up & some websites day this could be implantation bleeding?? but I’ve taken my pill at the exact same time everyday & I haven’t missed a pill. i also read that half the women on this pill experience spotting in the first month of taking this pill so it’s really common to spot but I am completely freaking out that this is implant bleeding. has anyone had similar experiences? is there a bigger possibility that i’m pregnant bc it’s my first month? PLEASE HELP A SISTER OUT
