Need Logging help.

I mc dec 28 and stopped bleeding 1/4. I logged it as my period. Apparently not everything came out and I’m going to need a d&c now in the next week. Should I just log this whole time a one long period? I’m going to be using opk so I’m not relying on the dates in the calendar that much so I guess it’s not a big deal but just wondering
