Help?

I went to see my midwife Friday for my 36 week appointment. She checked my cervix and I’m 1 cm dilated. Saturday had lots of cramping and pressure. Well last night my husband and I were having sex and after he did his business. He climbed off the bed and I felt a huge gush like water poured out Of my lady parts and he watched it happen. He panicked and said I think your water broke. Well got checked out but no cervix exam only this paper that turns color and they said nothing happened and sent me home. Should I be worried. Pressure today but no contractions like I had Saturday
