Cysts

Anyone else have cysts? If so how do you manage with them? I had one burst last month and this month it feels like the same thing is going to happen again and I really really just want the pain to go away. If anyone could help it’d be appreciative. Birth control is not an option. I just got off and I never had this issue before birth control so I believe the birth control caused it.
