I'm a FTM and I'm not sure if I'm going into labor. I'm having pressure in my vagina almost like I need to push, I've went to the bathroom to make sure it wasn't where I have to pee (barely anything comes out, if anything does). I'm having contractions that I can feel in my back and front, my stomach is rock hard, and I'm out of breath. The contractions aren't regular but there is only a minute or two difference. The only relief I seem to get is rocking or walking, and it's minimal at best. I've been like this for about 45 minutes now. To my knowledge my water hasn't broken, and I don't know if my mucous plug had come out yet. Any help or advice is appreciated! I just don't want to make an unnecessary trip to the hospital.
