Any advice

So I had sex the 31st he cummed on my back but it dropped near down their and he said he whipped it up before it got inside of me and to me it didn’t feel like it got inside of me but my period is supposed to be today/ soon according to my tracker and I’m not sure what to do because my stomach has been cramping all day but yet I haven’t gotten my period.
