I had my Mirena removed mid October after having one for 12 years (three total, did not exceed the five year life). My period completely stopped for the last eight years due to the Mirena.

I got my first period about ten days after it was removed. It is what I believe to be a normal period, 4 days In length and steady flow. I have not had anything since.

I have been tracking BBT, monitoring cervical mucus, and taking OPKs. All of which have a nice predicable trend.

My question is I have to come off a medication before trying to get pregnant. Would it be smarter to allow my cycle more time to return, or is it possible to get pregnant without AF, and through tracking other variables. Any insight is appreciated!
