I am 34 weeks pregnant today with baby number 1, a boy. Recently i have had some symptoms such as lower back pain (resolved once laying down, hot shower etc). Also been peeing ALOT more than i have at any other point in pregnancy. Baby appears to be settling lower as well. Today i felt some sharp stabbing quick pains in my pelvic area, almost right up my lady bits. I checked my underwear and sure enough there were two tiny specks of blood. None on toilet paper though and it hasn’t happened again since. I also feel EXHAUSTED (as per usual lately) and my entire hip bone/pubic bone area is so sore. I’ve have contractions but they are very random and sporadic and tolerable. What does this mean? Is baby dropping? Does any of this indicate labor is soon? I have an appointment next Tuesday but unsure if i should call OB since there hasn’t been anymore blood.
