Tried to get my s.o to help after I worked all day made dinner and everything and tried to get him to just do laundry was like pulling teeth do any of you ladies have any advice on how to not sound naggy or have to do it yourself to get your s.o’s help?

I’m run ragged any tips would be appreciated but no negative words please

Update:you ladies have been so sweet and helpful. I finally sat him down And talked with him. We tore apart our bedroom and cleaned it putting laundry where it belongs and all. To top it off he made dinner and didn’t want me to help. Told me to go take a nice hot shower and even knocked on the door to tell me it’s ready but not to rush. He is such a baby but he’s also a gentleman. Thanks for the help ladies
