should i go to the doctor?

so ever since saturday or friday, my vagina has been itchy at times. and on sunday, my vagina had white creamy discharge on it while i was going to the bathroom. my stomach and my pelvic area has been sore and the roof of my mouth has been itchy (i saw online that that could be a sign of a yeast infection but i don’t know). i’ve also been very nauseous but i haven’t thrown up. i don’t know if i have a yeast infection or BV or some other infection but i feel embarrassed to ask my mom to take me to the doctor. (edit: i’ve also been having headaches too)
