So I’ve had low progesterone for a few years now. I was taking progesterone pills for a while and they helped, but then I stopped when my levels looked good. The last blood test I got done, all my hormones looked good except the progesterone was lower again. This time, I don’t want to spend the $50 on my pills so I’m going to try out the cream.

Any recommendations on what creams work well?? Anyone have the same issue as me? My husband and I are TTC and it’s not working out so far.
