Severe SI Joint pain!!!!
I injured my si joint (along with many other bones, joints, ligaments) in a car accident a year ago. Pregnancy is making it worse and since a few days ago I can barely lay down. I’m in so much pain. I cried half the night last night and I’m just dreading tonight. I’ve tried Tylenol, heat, ice, bath... everything I can think of. Any other suggestions??? My lower back, hip and groin are burning with pain.
