How long after a miscarriage did you try again?

I miscarried in June and my doctor wanted me to wait one month. So July we didn’t try, August we tried but didn’t work and September got pregnant again

I had a “chemical” at 5 weeks last month. My doctor told us to wait a month before trying again for dating purposes. I got positive ovulation text yesterday but had already bd because I thought my ovulation would be delayed. So if it happens it happens. There’s really no reason to wait as early as mine was. When I bled it was only for 3 days and pretty similar to my normal period.

I think it depends on how you miscarried and how you feel. We are trying to catch it before my first period after MC - in my TWW now.  GL xo

My doctor told me i could start trying right away. I started using ovulation tests going off of cm. I got a positive ovulation test a few days ago and am now waiting to be able to test. I had a d&c December 13th, so i haven’t had a period yet. Really hoping to not have a period too.

I waited until after my next period primarily just because it was easier to predict ovulation in a normal cycle.

I was told after one cycle, but I didn't ovulate for 6mths till I switched doctors and they gave me medicine to help me ovulate.

I was told wait 3 cycles to try again I did in Dec failed had chemical pregnancy then I am in January just waiting see when I get my peak
