I’m 9 days late for my period and I took a test and I’m not pregnant. Should I wait a little longer or should I start to worry??

There's no way a test would show positive if you are 9 days from your period. That's why you test when you miss a period. If you had a period after having sex in December you are not pregnant. You need to miss a period before you test. It's not magic. It takes 2 weeks after a period to ovulate and then 6-9 days after ovulation to implant and then 2-3 days after implanting for hcg to produce enough to turn a test positive. So roughly 9-12 days or more after ovulating. Right around your next period.....
