It's your baby practice breathing!! I've been pregnant 4 times and only noticed it with my last baby! It freaked me out to start with but then we caught it on ultrasound and I was like "oh so that's what that is!" 😂 It's amazing isn't it!

I think it may be the placenta. 
That happened with my pregnancies and my midwife said it was the placenta
