Tips for pumping at work
I just went back to work t my teaching job. I felt exhausted pumping today. I feel like it takes so long to get setup, pump, and the clean up process. I bought the freemie cups to attach to my medela but the shields are a little big so I feel I don't get as much milk. Any tips on any part of the process would be greatly appreciated. I love nursing but hate pumping!
