Contractions?

I’m only 34 weeks and I’m at work (I’ve been on my feet for the last 4 hours straight because we’re super busy) and I’ve been having what I think are contractions. I have two other kids but it’s been 5 years since my last... I don’t really remember what it felt like.

They’re soooooooooo effing PAINFUL. They feel like intense gas pains like I have to poop. 😩

I’ve had three in the last hour and I feel very very crampy.

I don’t think I’m in labor but I’ve got about another hour until I get off work (I can’t leave early...)

Is there anything I can do to help the pain???????
