When is the best time to take an ovulation test?

I test fmu and if it’s close to o I test again during lunch and then again in the evening so I have a better idea of when it’s coming and test until the peak is gone

Most tests will say what they recommend, fmu or afternoon. I have used concentrated and non concentrated urine and noticed no difference.   I have found for myself I usually get my peak around 3-7pm.
