First, I want to say that I do have a doctors appointment on Thursday. Anyone have a hernia after a section? My belly button started to stick out yesterday- no pain other than some back pain and pain near my incision as I had my Section 1 week ago. My doc did say my abs were so stretched out due to having large twins, could that be a possibility? I haven't been carrying more than my pumping bag and cooler to the NICU where my babies are. I also wear a belly binder during the day.
