i has a cold sore that healed about a week ago and i was very careful with washing my hands and not touching myself or anything. when i shave my vagina i get bad razor burn usually and i’m just freaking out now because i have a red bump next to my lip and it hurts but i usually just get an ingrown hair/pimple in that stop but i’m just panicking now

I’ve had cold sores all my life and I’ve never in my life have I questioned if I had transferred it to my girl parts. I really think you are over thinking this, relax.

Still take proper precautions until you figure out what’s going on. Dr visit or something soon, don’t pop. Maybe a warm damp cloth to ease pain. 
I’d recommend waxing or laser hair removal instead of shaving. I use to shave and get horrible ingrown hairs, razor bumps, heat rashes, itchy when hair would grow back, nicks in baaaaaaad areas...not fun, not pretty, not convenient. A friend talked me into a Brazilian wax. It hurt, but imo much more worth it. It also doesn’t have go be a full Brazilian. You can keep hair in some places and wax others.
