Ovulation question - please help 🙏🏼

Ok so I am on cycle day 18. And i think this is a positive opk (<a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">glow app</a> says positive). Anyway, I got a positive last week as well. Or maybe it wasn’t .... who knows. I never ovulate this late but i know you can ovulate later and earlier than usual. What do you all think??
