Expressing colostrum question! 🍼

I have been expressing for about a week now. At the beginning of the week it was a very thick yellowish liquid which I could collect about 2.5ml a day. Now it is a less thick and closer to white colour liquid and I can easily produce 5-10ml within 5 minutes... I am just curious if anyone else has experienced this? Is it still colostrum or am I producing milk? When I hand express, sometimes my breast is so full that it squirts the liquid instead of small drops! (Left is first day expressing right is today)
