I used a menstrual cup for the first time ever this month. I googled normal amount because I never knew how much came out because it always absorbed into the pad or tampon before. It said 30ml per period is normal and anything over 80ml is heavy. I got 30 ml the first 10 hrs I wore it. Overall I got a total of 110ml over the whole period. Should I talk to my dr about having heavy bleeding or is this normal?
