Ovulation bleeding or implantation bleeding?

Hi ladies today is my cycle day to ovulate according to glow i have a positive opk last night. Had back pain last night aswell. But this morning had this when wiping. Any idea if it is ovulation spotting??? Could it be implantation bleeding or is it too early pls share your insights thank you all

I had that in feb 2019 i went to the hospital yo do a blood pregnancy test amd it came back negative. Then i went to mi dr and she did a sonogram to see if something was going on . but everything das good . she said. That is something hormonal . she told me if this happend every single cycle i have to go overthere again and guess what ir happend to me again this May 30.Im looking for my rainbow baby .

It’s probably just ovulation bleeding, not implantation bleeding. Some women get a bit of spotting around the time of ovulation.
