Getting in shape whilst ttc, anyone 230lbs?
Hey! So here’s my statistics
Suffered a mc in June ( was 200lbs when I got pregnant, mc & gained 35lbs- lost 5 but still 30lbs heavier)
I try to walk or exercise everyday, I need to do more.
What’s everyone’s tips to get healthy whilst ttc ? I feel disgusting & I feel like I’m never gonna get pregnant 😔
