Tell me there’s hope

So i. Started bleeding yesterday went to er said I’m 5 weeks hcg 708!! Has anyone had something similar and still a positive outcome! Please tell me some good stories I’m trying to remain hopeful! I’m gonna go today to try and see if my hcg changes 🤞🏼 I’m so worried I’m having my first miscarriage
