Feeling better


Yesterday I had a drs appointment and I needed timed to me doctor how I feel like I’m slipping into a depression. They gave me a form to feel out and told me there’s a counselor on hand. The counselor was busy with a session. So my dr stayed with for a whole extra hour just to listen to me talk about my feelings and let me cry. I haven’t had any emotional support during this pregnancy, so for him to do that although I was really late getting there was awesome. He said I don’t need medicine which is good I just need to talk about my feelings instead of holding them in. Like I really appreciated it. ❤️
