Read me!

So my OB called in Provera to help jumpstart my period after my miscarriage in November and I was on 10mg for 10 days. I only made it 6 days on it before I called and asked if severe headaches that medicine wasn’t helping was normal. She said I could stop the medicine and it should be enough to start my period. So I stop and three days later I got ovulation cramps( I’ve always gotten o cramps since my two previous pregnancies💙💙) and I got a positive ovulation test. What in the heck! Why did I Ovulate 3 days after stopping Provera? We did the deed since I hadn’t ovulated since my miscarriage until now.
