Period one week after period???

Hey everyone, I has my period on Dec 28-Jan 2 and I had to take a Plan B on Jan 3 for a condom breaking. So I woke up today and have very heavy bleeding as if I have my period again. This has never happened to me and I've taken plan b before. Has this ever happened to you? I might go to the clinic I just didn't have time today
