Anyone have ideas? I have a heal spur on my left foot from years ago. It's small and hasnt bugged me in a while. Recently started having pain in the right foot heal but now it on the side of my foot and under also so thinking I may have issues with both things on that foot. I have some sock things and also just got some rubber heal things. But they both end up cutting my circulation off after some time. I have worked on my feet since 17 and need some relief cause it hurts and hard to work out and get healthy in the gym when your feet are killing you 😔
