And I would love him to have a sibling but it took almost 3 years to get pregnant with him and I’m afraid it will take that long or longer to get pregnant with another

I had a positive ovulation test on December 17 and was suppose to start my period on December 31 and still have not had it. My periods have never been regular but if i got a positive ovulation test shouldn’t I be getting my period or a positive pregnancy test because so far no period and only negative test.
