On 5 and 6dpo I had a uncomfortable pinching/mild cramp but disappeared!

I did a pregnancy test on 7dpo had faint lines on all 3?? I don’t even know whether to believe this!

Today on 8dpo I have a tiny tiny mild cramp and a flutter feeling? And also a little tender nipples and lower ack ache??
