Need Some Help! TTC After Mirena

So I’m TTC Baby #1 After Having My Mirena Removed ... It’s Been About 2 Weeks ( Not That Long I Know) But I’m Worried That I’ll Have To Wait Months And Months And Months To Get A Period. Is It Possible For Me To Ovulate Even Though I Haven’t Had A Period ? Will It Be Helpful If I Use My Prescription For Birth Control Pills And Only Take The Pills That You Take The Week Of Your Period ? Very Impatient & Confused On If I Should Test ... If I Will Ovulate ... If I Just Need To Wait & How Long This Will Take 😔😔😔😔😔😔
