Unfortunately, you can’t repair damaged hair. You can only cut it off or use a product to mask the damaged. I’ve been getting my hair bleached for 5 years now, it is pricey to get it done professionally but it is completely worth it. 
The price of bleaching your hair is much less than the price of a color correction due to at home bleach. 
But once it’s been done, you’ll probably have to trim a bit off of the ends to get rid of split ends from the procedure. And most importantly, don’t wash your hair every other day. Since only half of my hair is bleach damaged, I wash mine every other day. But with all of your hair, you could go 3-4 days. Also, air drying as opposed to blow drying will help! Avoiding heat products in general will help.

I bleached my hair on my own. I did it once. 
My hair tured out orange white red and brown. 
I did bot loose my hair and i didn’t cut them (they’re down to the bottom of my back.) 
They were dead and elastic. I just did coconut oils masks.
They’re better now but bleaching then was a mistake please don’t do it it’s a pain in the ass to get them back!

I'd suggest it's a ten miracle mask and it's a ten leave in. it'll help with some of the damages.. it can be kind of pricey.. which is why I assume you didn't go to the salon to have your hair done.

First of all, I’m assuming you’re seeing a hair stylist. Please don’t bleach or dye your own hair!! 
If you’re looking for a whiter blonde, definitely use purple shampoo once a week or so! Milkshake makes a great purple shampoo.
Buy Olaplex No. 3 from a local salon! It’s a leave in and then wash out treatment and does wonders! Milkshake also makes a great leave in condition spray which I use before styling my hair (only use a bit or it will make your hair appear greasy). Heat protect your hair with a spray before styling and turn your straightener/cutler down- it’ll make a difference!

I've done all of my own hair styling, cutting, coloring, etc for almost 8 years now and picked up many many tips from stylists along the way. 
If you can help it, a professional is always the best way to go unless you are absolutely sure of what you're doing. If you're going to do it yourself, here's a couple of pointers I hope can help out!
- Work in super small sections. I can not stress this enough! It's better to take an extra 10 or 15 minutes of application time to get an even coverage.
- Cover your hair while it processes (shower cap is best imo) DO NOT USE A GROCERY BAG! You'll get a transfer of the colored design from the bag onto your hair and be heartbroken. No hair ties either.
- Purple shampoo/conditioner will be your best friend for maintenance. Buy some or make some with cheaper conditioner and a very few sparing drops of a purple hair dye.
