Hi !

I got a high on my clear blue Digital OPK on Sunday evening then a peak yesterday late afternoon. Today just now I’m back to a low. According to my app today should be ovulation day. I must of ovulated earlier than expected ? I’ve a 28 day cycle as I am on Duphaston which has shortened my cycles slightly. I would usually take Duphaston on day 16 for 10 days but I am thinking of taking it tonight before bed to be safe.

Should we bd tonight if I got I low ?
