I’m 4 weeks 5 days into my first pregnancy. Before I got pregnant I was diagnosed with arthritis in my lower spine which causes sciatic pain. I don’t know why but ever since I got pregnant the pain has doubled and I wanted to use biofreeze to help relieve the pain. It has menthol in it so I’m not sure if it’s safe to use or should I just find another alternative. I’m in the scary stage of pregnancy so I don’t want to do ANYTHING that could harm the baby.
