Planned parenthood, secrecy and insurance

I’m 18 and I want to be able to start back on birth control, I was on it last year as it was prescribed to me by a dermatologist for my acne but now that I’m sexually active I want to be on it for prevention. But I’m positive my parents will say no and will shut down my social life if they find out I’m having sex. Does PP offer free birth control or if it’s my under insurance it can be done without my parents knowing??
