It depends what the warrant is for. If it’s a traffic ticket generally if you pay it they won’t arrest you. If something more serious, no.

Unless you have hundreds of thousands, they won’t go for that and even if you did, they might just arrest you for bribery. So generally no. You go to jail and find out if you can get let out on PTA or they set bail.

If its a traffic fine you can pay it off, but a criminal fine no. Turning yourself in is mu h easier and looks better on you and can help you get lower bail set.
