Sleep is terrible
Does anyone else just sleep horribly? I’ve heard of sleep being terrible in 3rd tri but never the 1st! (I’m a FTM though). I have a body pillow already and have been using it since 8w (I’m 11+5 now) so it helps a little but not tons. It’s like I can’t relax and my mind starts racing at night. I was a restless sleeper before but it’s all just magnified at night now. I also get up to pee a lot more now and usually at least once I’m so hungry I have to get up and eat a snack to help me (attempt to) fall back asleep. I’m jealous of everyone who is sleeping like a champ right now because I have the opposite problem 😫
