Opks can pick up on HCG yes. BUT, every single time I've seen an opk picking up HCG it has been stupidly crazily blazing positive. This test isn't positive. Second, lots of women get an almost positive opk just before their period.
Third, if this were picking up pregnancy then a pregnancy test will absolutely show positive (even if faint)
Long and short - don't use opks to test for pregnancy, it's confusing at best and heartbreaking at worst

Not this is still negative. OPK’s have nothing to do with pregnancy tests.
