Are cramps reassuring to anyone else?

As annoying as the pinches and pains and cramps can be it’s reassuring knowing something is happening in there!

Yep, cos I am only having very very light cramps. It’s one of the only ways I feel like I might actually be pregnant (other than the dozen positive tests I took).

The opposite for me; they make me super nervous! First pregnancy here and I have PCOS so I'm trying not to worry about my apparently increased risk of miscarriage. The cramps I'm having right now are mild to moderate and feel almost exactly like they would if I were about to start bleeding. I'm so familiar with associating the cramping with impending blood flow that I'm just freaking myself out!
