When I gave birth to my first child, 15 yrs ago, I ended up w them while I was pushing her out.

I’ve had 2 more babies & it’s still there. I keep coconut oil on them bc it seems to help keep the area from being inflamed. If I do get constipated it does swell & get worse. But they don’t bother me really. EXCEPT the way it looks!!! I am so self conscious during sex even tho I’m completely comfortable w dh.

None of the remedies I googled ever help. Can you get rid of them!?!? Help?!!!!
