Best way to conceive

Would you recommend sex everyday or sex every other day in your fertile window along with preseed to have best results? I had peak opk on Clearblue Advanced and I felt as though I ovulated. But the previous months I did not conceive and my boyfriend and I are healthy and doctor says we are fine. This is stressful. Any advice? I’ve been taking premama, cassava root, and my daily vitamins this month.
